EADECO NonWoven is Eadeco’s material science plant in Chemor, Perak, Malaysia, converting Kenaf supercrop and reclaimed textile material into engineered nonwoven padding. German Meissner and Korean HMC technology produce Kenaf and Reloop upcycled fibre for the global bedding industry, giving brands a traceable sustainable padding that drops straight into existing quilt, topper and mattress programmes.

What is EADECO NonWoven?

EADECO NonWoven is Eadeco’s nonwoven and fibre upcycling plant in Chemor, Perak, Malaysia, producing Kenaf and Reloop sustainable padding for bedding manufacturers.

What is Reloop fibre?

Reloop is Eadeco’s upcycled fibre, re-engineered from reclaimed textile material into nonwoven padding for quilts, toppers, mattresses and sofas.

What technology does EADECO NonWoven use?

The plant uses German Meissner and Korean HMC nonwoven technology to produce Kenaf and Reloop padding fibre.
